Waterscapes Pools & Spas also contracts with many of the largest developers in the local area to build state of the art commercial pools. These pools are designed to meet the requirements of the Florida Building Code, as well as the Florida Department of Health Code for public pools.
These pools and spas use gravity fed systems requiring remote collector tanks to facilitate non-direct suction for safety purposes in these multi-user swimming pools and spas.
Commercial pools can be designed and constructed for public use or private use in the “public” setting of residential neighborhoods. These commercial pools have more stringent turnover rates for recirculation and more robust treatment systems due the increased bathing loads. Most of the pools that we design incorporate an “open” type gutter to maximize the cleaning of the water surface. Chemical pumps and controllers monitor the pool or spa chemistry as the demands fluctuate throughout the day and night. In locations that meet the demand, Waterscapes has worked with their developer customers to include Geothermal heating into their larger pools and spas. The added expense of incorporating these environmentally friendly heating systems, offers long term benefits to both the environment and operating costs over the long term.
Designs range from smaller community pools to large resort style pools, with some being family focused lagoon style pools with beach entries with water features or more exercise focused with lap lanes. We design and build pools that meet any community or back yard.
